TIPS ON LOOKING UP A WBS ELEMENT OR COST CENTER. FOR A WBS ELEMENT. CJ20N – PROJECT BUILDER Type this command on the command line and press enter. FOR WBS ELEMENTS. Click on the “open” icon, on the far left. FOR WBS ELEMENTS.

FOR A WBS ELEMENT • CJ20N – PROJECT BUILDER • Type this command on the command line and press enter.
FOR WBS ELEMENTS • Click on the “open” icon, on the far left.
FOR WBS ELEMENTS • If you know your WBS Element number, enter it into the appropriate box. • Press Enter.
FOR WBS ELEMENTS • To view WBS Element attributes, click on the “Customer Enhancement” Tab. • To get there, click on the icon on the far right.
FOR WBS ELEMENTS • Select “Customer Enhancement” tab.
FOR WBS ELEMENTS • Click on the green arrow to back out.
FOR WBS ELEMENTS • If you don’t know the project/WBS number, you can search by name. • Click on the “open” icon.
FOR WBS ELEMENTS • To search the Chart of Accounts by name, click on the match box bubble.
FOR WBS ELEMENTS • Go to the Description Line, and key in the WBS Element/Project name. • For this example, all Project Descriptions that start with “Tennessee” will appear. • NOTICE THE “*” !!! Remember the “ * “
FOR WBS ELEMENTS • To select a specific WBS Element, double click. • Close boxes to exit.
FOR WBS ELEMENTS • Click the Exit key to back out.
FOR COST CENTERS • KS03 – DISPLAY COST CENTER • Type this command in the command line, and press enter.
FOR COST CENTERS • If you know your Cost Center number, enter it, and press enter.
FOR COST CENTERS • Press the green arrow to back out.
FOR COST CENTERS • If you want to search by name, click on the match box bubble.
FOR COST CENTERS • Go to the Cost Ctr Short Text Field • Fill in your search item…in this example, all Cost Centers that begin with “Treasurer” will appear. • NOTICE THE “ * “ !!! Remember the “ * “ !!
FOR COST CENTERS • To select a Cost Center, double click. • Hit the Green Arrow to back out.
