New Users can register to receive notifications from the public website Direct customers without IBL accounts, must use the User Name provided by your Intel contact IBL users can use their existing IBL user name to login and be recognized as an Intel direct customer Intel® QDMS – Direct Access http://intel.pcnalert.com/

  4. User can review current training materials. • Access the following areas from this page: • View Notifications • View My Profile • Search PCN Database Link back to IBL Intel® QDMS – Direct Access Landing Page

  6. Direct link to the PCN notification PCN Notification • Notifications can also be accessed in the email notification • Link opens the login page where you can access the PCN Analysis Page through View Notifications • View the generic PCN or • Create Custom PCN

  7. List of all notifications sent by Intel based on your preferences and sales history My Notifications Page

Options to filter your notification include: • Date Range • Search Criteria • Source identifies why you were notified • CMF – purchased directly from Intel • Part List – customer is parts list enabled • Intel – for Intel employees only Expand Row Information Select the PCN link to access the PCN My Notifications Page

  9. Provide feedback through the PCN feedback link CPN (if available) are shown in the table PCN Analysis – Customer Part Number

Create PCN with CPN and/or search criteria Select Search Criteria for Custom PCN Export results to Excel or Tab delimited file Link to view and acknowledge the PCN Access additional pages of data Rows expand to show more detail Click on column header to sort ascending/descending PCN Analysis – Customer Part Number

  13. Choose Notification Frequency Web Notification No email Individual Each PCN notification is sent in separate email Daily Daily summary of PCNs published that day Weekly Weekly summary of PCNs published that week View My Profile

  14. Option to receive generic PCNs for all products Change password View My Profile • Language preference for email notifications

  15. Intel® QDMS – Direct Access Search for PCNs Document Summary Document by Intel Part Numbers Document by Customer Part Numbers (if available)

  16. Expand rows to see more details about the PCN Search Database Options to filter your search include: • Date Range • Search Criteria • Export results into Excel or Tab delimited file

  17. Search Database – Document Summary Tab Document Summary Tab shows all documents meeting search criteria default is all documents

  18. Search Database – Document by Parts Tab Displays PCN with all Intel part numbers listed Clicking on mm# displays key milestones

  19. Results can be exported to Excel or Tab delimited file Rows can be expanded to show more detail Customer part numbers with associated CMF (sold-to account) or project Search Database – Document by Customer Part Number
