  2. Fráter György Katolikus Gimnázium és Kollégium, Miskolc Liceul Teologic Romano-Catolic „Gróf Majláth Gusztáv Károly”,Alba Iulia Partner Schools

  3. A citizen is a person who lives in a town, city or country. Citizenship means doing good things to make where you live a better place. We are all citizens of planet Earth. Theme: Citizenship Being a good citizen means you: • abide by the laws of your country • Help other people • Do good things in your community to help protect the environment

  4. All citizens have rights • Nelson Mandella went to prison for 28 years for fighting for the rights of black and white people to be allowed to live and work together. • Martin Luther King was assassinated in an attempt to end apartheid and give black people the same rights as white people. • At the time of Moses laws were written down in The Ten Commandments to defend human rights through courts of law • In 1948 The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was signed by 150 governments from around the world.

  5. A right is something most people think we should all have. The Convention on the Rights of the Child says that as a person under 18 years of age: I have the right to have fun. I have the right not to be beaten, bullied and threatened. I have the right to a warm bed. I have the right to be cared for. I have the right to be loved. I have the right to speak and be heard. I have the right to go out and join in with others. I have the right to an education. I have the right to have enough food to eat and water to drink. I have the right to good health care. I have the right to a clean environment.

  6. Get up, Stand up, stand up for your right. Get up, stand up, stand up for your right. Get up, stand up, stand up for your right. Get Up, Stand Up, don’t give up the fight. Preacher man don’t tell me heaven is under the Earth. I know you don’t know what life is really Worth. Is not all that glitters is gold Half the story has never been told So now you see the light, Stand up for your right. Get up, Stand up, stand up for your right Get up, Stand up don’t give up the fight. Get up, Stand up, stand up for your right Get up, stand, don’t give up the fight. Most people think great God will come from the sky, Take away everything, and make everybody feel high But if you know what life is worth You would look for yours on Earth And now you see the light You stand up for your right. (So you’d better) Get Up, Stand Up, stand up for your right Get Up, Stand Up, don’t give up the fight Get Up, Stand Up, stand up for your right Get Up, Stand Up, don’t give up the fight Bob Marley: Get up, stand up!

  7. We sick an tired of-a your ism-skism game -Dyin n goin to heaven in-a jesus name, lord.We know when we understand:Almighty God is a living man.You can fool some people sometimes,But you cant fool all the people all the time.So now we see the light (what you gonna do? ),We gonna stand up for our rights! (yeah, yeah, yeah!)So you better:Get up, stand up! (in the morning! git it up!)Stand up for your rights! (stand up for our rights!)Get up, stand up!Dont give up the fight! (get up, stand up!)Get up, stand up! ( ... )Stand up for your rights!Get up, stand up!Dont give up the fight!

  8. With rights comes responsibilities . We all have responsibility to make sure that our actions do not stop anyone from receiving their rights. I have the right not to be bullied and I have the responsibility not to bully others. We must be responsible enough to respect the rights of others and hope that other people will respect our rights.

  9. Not all children are given the same rights. In India 17.5 million children are made to work to help provide food for their families. Social Security, and Income Support are not available to everyone. Governments and individuals must continue to work for the rights of all people. At the eleventh hour, on the eleventh day, of the eleventh month, 1918 the First World War came to an end. But children in many countries are still forced to fight in wars. Their rights are not respected. We are lucky our rights are respected. We should help raise awareness of the Convention on the Rights of the child so that children in all parts of the world can have the same rights.
