What is The Alignment Factor Training Program? • THE ALIGNMENT FACTOR is a twelve month training program • Each session of 2 to 2-1/2 hours focuses on a different alignment factor • Designed specifically for company Key Decision Makers and those managers who report directly to them (Direct Reports) • Can be limited to family business owner and family member employees if necessary
How Will it Help? DR learns how improving Alignment in each business area will improve business results Knowledge from training session is implemented in monthly KDM-DR meetings Between-session coaching calls provide a touch-point to evaluate how Alignment is progressing in four critical Alignment Areas
Flexibility –12 Independent Sessions • New TAF trainees can start monthly training sessions during any session rather than waiting until a “new class” starts • Sessions 1 and 12 are private sessions between Key Decision Maker (KDM) and Direct Reports (DR) from one company • Sessions 2-11 for DRs only
Between Training Sessions Monthly Skype/Telephone call between trainer and DR to discuss DR’s alignment homework meeting with KDM Monthly call between trainer and KDM about KDM’s meeting with DR – usually about 15 minutes
Money Back Registration Fee Guarantee If after the first training session, the KDM feels that the value received does not justify the cost of the TAF registration fee, the registration fee will be repaid if the KDM requests it KDM and DR(s) must attend the complete first training session, without any interruptions, to qualify for the money back guarantee
