Release #2: Transaction Reconciliation Ability to conduct reconciliation activities online Supporting policies & procedures New MyFD transaction report WITH: Ability to indicate reconciliation status of expense, revenue and budget revision transactions Optional notes for posted transactions Focus groups and feedback session are planned for April-May
  5. Release #3: Budget Sign-off Ability to indicate reconciliation status of the budget Ability to approve or sign-off on a budget Optional notes for a budget Budget reconciliation dashboard report Supporting policies & procedures
  6. Release #1: Budget Worksheet Budget planning tool Each person can make their own budget worksheets New MyFD report WITH: Actual “to date” budget and posted transactions Budget adjustments you enter Transaction amounts you enter See impact on budget balance
