1. Stampede Highlights: Two Grand Prizes – The student with the Most Money Raised overall wins a one night stay at Great Wolf Lodge! The student with the Most Sponsors overall wins an iPod! Spirit Week leading up to the Stampede! Every Student & Volunteer receives a commemorativeT-shirt! The class with the Highest % of Donation Envelopes Returned wins a McDonald’s Happy Meal Party Most Money Raised prizes awarded to one winner from each grade (K-5). (Complete prize list available on the website) Every student that raises $75 or more in donations will be entered into a Drawing. (Drawing details on the website) Students who raise $200 or more will be invited to a G2 Game Truck Party after school. All Individual prizes will be announced and awarded on Friday, October 11th at the award assembly. Each student is eligible for only one Individual prize. Mead Stampede Walk-A-Thon 2013 Friday, October 4th 1pm – 2:30pm Howdy Partner!Are you ready to STAMPEDE for MEAD at our Student Walk-a-thon for fitness and fundraising? New this year – Students will collect flat (not per lap) Donations then Stampede to a DJ beat to earn Prizes! Donations may be solicited from family members, friends, neighbors and community businesses. Any contributions, large or small, are welcome. Donations are tax deductible and 100% of the proceeds benefit our school and our kids! This is our biggest and ONLY direct fundraiser of the year. Did you know … PTSA gives more than $40,000 annually to support Mead’s basic services, curriculum and programs. Your generosity makes this happen!
