LifeConnections Health Center & PharmacyNurturing health through the human connection Opened November, 2008 The Health Center • Medical services provided by licensed independent Medical Group with five physicians, pediatrician, chiropractor, acupuncturist, physical therapist and physical therapy assistant • Operation & administrative services and EMR provided by Cerner Corporation • Open Mon – Fri, 8 am – 7 pm The Pharmacy • Operated by Walgreens with two full time pharmacists • Private consultation room for personalized care • Variety of over-the-counter products available at discount • Open Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
