  3. OEM Software (continued) License documentation includes: • End User License Agreement (EULA) • Certificate of Authenticity (COA) – Windows operating system COAs must be adhered to the chassis of the PC • Original media • Manuals (if applicable) • Purchase invoice or receipt

  4. Retail or Full Packaged Product (FPP) • Retail Product is sold in single-unit quantities at retail stores and by Microsoft resellers.

  5. Retail or Full Packaged Product (FPP) (continued) License documentation includes: • End User License Agreement (EULA) • Original media • Manuals (if applicable) • Purchase invoice or receipt

  6. Microsoft Volume Licensing Programs • Depending on size, some organizations may save money by participating in a volume license program. Through these programs, customers can track their licenses through online tools.

  7. Microsoft Volume Licensing Programs (continued) • Open License* is best for organizations acquiring five or more licenses. • License information is available on the eOpen site at https://eopen.microsoft.com

  8. Microsoft Volume Licensing Programs (continued) • Select License* is best for organizations with 250 or more PCs with mixed software requirements. • License information is available on the Microsoft Volume Licensing Services site at https://www.licensing.microsoft.com
