Update on EPA/Office of Compliance’s EnforcementTargeting and Data Division • EPA-State E-Enterprise Initiative • EPA-State Information Exchange Network • Modernization of our CAA stationary source compliance data system (AFS to ICIS-Air) – Aggressive sprint to Release 1 in October 2014 • Proposed NPDES e-reporting rule: • Converting DMRS, general permits, and program reports to electronic reporting • Proposed in July 2013, comment period closed in December 2013 • EPA-State Workgroup • Currently working on a Supplemental Notice • NPDES e-reporting tools - NPDES Electronic Reporting Tool (NET), and NET DMR • Currently working on a pilot of NET with Florida and Pennsylvania • Working closely with states on the authentication process for NPDES data that is submitted electronically • Targeting and geospatial tools (EPA’s Geoplatform) • Data visualization tools for public access - State dashboards, NPDES loadings tool • Back-end support for field tablets for inspectors • Enhanced Data Analytics
