  3. Session Outcomes: • By the end of this session we should be able to: • Consider some general sport rules relating to safety • Consider some specific sporting examples of safety and guidance • Consider some general and specific rules relating to footwear, clothing and equipment

  5. Clothing Footwear Equipment

Considerations: • Clothing In some sports there are rules regarding clothing, in other sports there are guidelines regarding clothing. • Footwear In some sports a pair of suitable trainers is fine. In other sports specific footwear is required for either grip, support or protection • Equipment In some sports the equipment is designed to fulfil a purpose, in other sports there are rules attached to pieces oif equipment.
