  2. “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened” Matthew 7:7-8

  3. 9 “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? Matthew 7:9-10

  4. 11 If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! Matthew 7:11

  5. 9 “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? Matthew 7:9-10

  6. “33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:33

  7. “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. 10 Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:9b-10

  8. “Give us this day our daily bread.” Matthew 6:11

  9. “12 and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.” Matthew 6:12

  10. “And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.” Matthew 6:13

  11. Oh God, lead us not into temptation, deliver me from evil, and help me follow these standards of righteousness that you give in your Word, standards that are so far beyond my own ability.

  12. “If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” Luke 11:13
