METODOLOGÍA GENERAL Para el acompañamiento in situ, el Consorcio Partners Colombia-Avance Organizacional Consultores tiene prevista una metodología, consistente en el acompañamiento hombro a hombro , en la que el equipo técnico del Consorcio trabajará con el líder del proceso delegado por la Dirección del Centro y/o de la Entidad promotora, cada una de las fases definidas en la guía de implementación, asegurando así coherencia y consistencia con las expectativas y orientaciones surgidas durante el proceso de sensibilización. A continuación se presente el esquema general del trabajo que el Consorcio elaboró para desarrollar el Acompañamiento In Situ: Inicio del Trabajo con los centros • Es importante anotar que el éxito de la implementación depende de diferentes factores entre los cuales destacamos: • Compromiso de la dirección del Centro en el desarrollo de las actividades y tareas propuestas por el equipo consultor en los tiempos previstos • Cumplimiento de citas y encuentros propuestos por el equipo consultor • Respaldo de la Dirección al líder responsable del proceso de implementación • Cumplimiento de cronogramas
