Problems solving • Latest fixes • Mapping custom fields in Savannah with system fields in Jira (egFiixed release …) • “None” replaced by the name of the user who submitted messages: • Different cases • Double login in Jira • Different login in Savannah and in Jira • Differentiation of users: Active, Deleted, Suspended, • Users in Savannah not authenticated with the CERN standard login. • Markup tags in Savannah replaced with html-code in the description of Jira

Schedule and planning • Migration schedule: • 27 Projects migrated in the production instance of Jira • 4 Projects Archived: (Archiving will effectively take place at the end of the process) • 32 Projects to be scheduled for migration in the coming weeks already tested • 28 projects to be tested and suggested/considered for migration • 126 Projects to be suggested or considered for archiving • We consider the overall process might be completed by July 2014.
