  1. CASE 9 History: 61 year old man with abdominal pain and 4 cm mass identified on CT scan. Normal serum CA19-9. EUS Report: 3.7-cm mass in the head of the pancreas/uncinate process. The SMA and SMV were uninvolved and there were no enlarged regional lymph nodes. The appearance in the body and tail were consistent with chronic pancreatitis.
