MOD192 – DNO Obligations to Facilitate Resolution of Unresolved USRVs • MOD192 was accepted for implementation by Ofgem on 11 November 2008. • Implementation date 21st February 2009 at 6.00am. • USRVs with an original creation date of at least 30 months old, and linked USRVs, will no longer be subject to USRV Incentives (UNC Section E8.3). • USRVs will be removed from the ConQuest Shipper Queue on 20th of the month. • Where the 20th falls on a non business day, identified USRVs will be moved on the previous business day. (June, Sept & Dec)

MOD192 – DNO Obligations to Facilitate Resolution of Unresolved USRVs • User Pays service, the first invoice will be issued in April 2009, • The Invoice will include charges for resolved USRVs up till 6th March. This will be the normal cut off date (ie 7th of the month to 6th of following month) to correspond with the reconciliations to the relevant invoice.

MOD192 – DNO Obligations to Facilitate Resolution of Unresolved USRVs • To ensure USRVs are not included on the USRV Incentive Invoice, produced at 6.00am on 21st, USRVs will be moved from the ConQuest Shipper Queue on 20th of month,. • Where the 20th falls on a non business day the USRV will be moved on the previous business day. Eg Friday 19 June Saturday 20 June Sunday 21 June Friday 18 Sept Sunday 20 Sept Monday 21 Sept Move USRV Move USRV
