If I could change my job situation, I would. 7. I wish I had more personal time for leisure pursuits. 8. I have lost a good friend or family member recently. 9. I am unhappy in my relationship or am recently divorced. 10. I haven’t had a quality vacation in a long time.

Do you perform cardiovascular exercise three to five times per week? 7. Do you use your bed as your office (e.g., homework, balancing checkbook, writing letters, etc.)? 8. Do you take a hot shower or bath before you go to sleep? 9. Do you have one or more drinks of alcohol before bedtime? 10. Are you engaged in intense mental activity before bed (e.g., term papers, exams, projects, reports, finances, taxes)?
