  1. Inftech Limited PRESENTS SCHOOL MANAGER School Manager System (SMS) is a very friendly but comprehensive application to keep complete records of students profiles, fee structure of different classes, educational terms and fee collections. It is a purely Internet/Intranet based application having facilities thus maintaining:- Detailed Profile for each Student- Setup for Sections & Classes- Separate Fee Structure for Each Class- Fee Collection Record for Each Student for Respective Fee Collection Setup The additional facilities for keeping examination records can also be incorporated if needed. The SMS application is not just for schools, but it can also be implemented to college, university or relevant educational institution. Take a look at screen shots for the SMS application from next slide.

  2. SETUP ALL AVAILABLE SECTIONS THAT ARE TO BE USED FOR CLASSES. THIS CAN BE A DICIPLINE FOR EACH CLASS LIKE SCIENCE, COMPUTER SCIENCES, ARTS OR IT CAN BE THE ‘A’ OR ‘B’ OR ‘C’.

  3. SETTING UP CLASSES FROM THIS SCREEN. THIS IS A ONE TIME SETUP, BUT THE STRENGTHS CAN BE CHANGED AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.

  4. FEE’S HAVE TO BE SETUP FOR EACH CLASS AS PER THE RULES OF THE INSTITUTE. SMS HAS GATHERED ALL POSSIBLE FEE TYPES AND FACILITY TO SET IF APPLICABLE AND TYPE OF APPLICABILITY WHETHER MONTHLY, QUARTERLY OR HALF YEARLY BASIS. THIS FEE STRUCTURE WILL BE TRACKED EACH TIME A PAYMENT IS MADE BY THE STUDENT ACCORDING TO THE PROCEDURE.

  5. MANAGE STUDENT PROFILE HERE. IT ALLOWS YOU TO PUT ALL THE MAXIMUM INFORMATION FOR A STUDENT THAT IS REQUIRED BY A SCHOOL. A UNIQUE GR. No. (GENERAL REGISTRATION NUMBER) WILL BE THE IDENTIFICATION KEY FOR EACH STUDENT. IT WILL BE UNIQUE THROUGHOUT SCHOOL AND THE STUDENT MUST HAVE A CLASS/SECTION WHEN SETUP FIRST TIME.

  6. WHEN A STUDENT PROFILE IS SETUP, THE NEXT STEP IS TO COLLECT THE FEE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION OR ADDMISSION. THE FEE WILL BE COLLECTED ACCORDING TO THE FEE STRUCTURE THAT HAS BEEN SETUP FOR THE CLASS IN WHICH THE STUDENT IS REGISTERING FOR. THE PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE EITHER CASH OR BY CHEQUE AND ANY BALANCE WILL BE CARRIED OUT AS ARREARS FOR THE NEXT PAYMENT TIME.

  7. THE ROUTINE PAYMENT PROCEDURE BEGINS FROM HERE. ENTERING PARAMETERS FOR STUDENT GR No. AND PAYMENT MONTH, WILL BRING OUT THE SCREEN SHOWING IN NEXT SLIDE.

  8. THIS SCREEN WILL SHOW THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE CLASS IN WHICH THE GIVEN STUDENT IS STUDYING, THE PAYMENT HISTORY OF STUDENT AND FACILITY TO PUT GIVEN MONTH’S FEE. THE SAME CASH OR CHEQUE PAYMENT MODES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE HERE.
