The SPA is an “open and transparent”relationship nurturedby both parties for years It ismore thana “legal, contractual obligation”; it is a “moral commitment”. It is a product of mutual trust and confidencebuilt and manifestedthrough joint activities It isanchored ona “common VMG” andmade aliveby “shared values”.
