Vit A: -refers fat, improve eyesight, fight off virus, physiological activities -found in: carrots, kale, spinach, melons, beef, sweet potatoes , peppers • Vit C: -protect cells, Improve iron absorption, regenerate -found in: papaya, pineapple, oranges, kale, strawberries, broccoli • VitD: - regulation bone health, muscle health, immune response, insulin, blood sugar, calcium, phosphorus metabolism - found in: salmon, sardines, milk, mushrooms, egg
Vit E: -Protect skin, prevent cell, protect cancer -found in: Sunflower Seeds, almonds, papaya, spinach, bell pepper • Vit B: -growth, develop, body health - potatoes, bananas, beans, seeds, nuts, red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, spinach, fortified cereals. • Vit K: -blood clot normally, protect bones, protect liver -found in: Collard Greens, spinach, Brussels sprouts, kale
