Misconceptions IEng is a second rate qualification IEng is awarded to failed CEngs IEng is the same as CEng, but different IEng has no value in its own right You need a Bachelors degree to become IEng Middle child syndrome IEng requirement is very similar to CEng, so why not wait for CEng CEng is the only professional qualification worth having Are there others? What’s the reality? How do we address these?
