RMON-2 (Version 2) Issues • usrHistoryTable • usrHistoryObjectVariable access control • DISMAN or other clarifying text needed? • trapDestTable • IPv6 support • Interaction with SNMPv3 notification infrastructure • Proposal: • deprecate the trapDestTable • add text to the RMON2-MIB that says: • The trapDestTable only applies to RMON notifications • The trapDestTable is consulted first in the event other notification processing MIBs are also configured • we don't add any IPv6 support since the trapDestTable is being deprecated and the SNMPv3 stuff should be used if IPv6 destination addresses are needed • RFC 3413 objects snmpTargetAddrTDomain and snmpTargetAddrTAddress
