EUROPEAN UNION The Development of the eLearning Network in Romania Project financed under Phare MERI/ NCDTVET-PIU The Designer • The role of the Designer is to identify areas in the curriculum within which eLearning brings major contribution to the learners’ achievements. • Designers will generally be experts in a certain subject matter, focusing especially on educational aspects.
