  1. Task Definition: Examine the pool delegated to you throughout the entire modeling process. • In this task – Pool Managers are able to ‘view’ pools to see if the appropriate employee roles are assigned, as well as reviewing the Pool Statistics which includes the target % and amount available. In addition, you can view the individual history of the employee role which includes: • Appt Hours • Years in Role • Status • History of the pool activity • Pay and Ratings History • Steps – From the Home page or Model and View Pools on the menu option, click the link or select the desired pool • Note the Approval Summary • Note the Pool Statistics • Review the following: • Submit By • Target % Change • Target Amount Increase • Current Salary Total • Target Salary Total • From here you can review the ‘Individual History’ by clicking on the ‘Role’ of the employee How To: Review a Pool Also note the ‘Submit by’ date for modeling and approving the pool.   2. Task: Review a Pool (cont’d) From the Find Pools to Model or View page, select a filter; click on [Find]. Note the summary of pool activity below, including # of Employee Roles and the # To Be Entered. Click on [View] to advance to the next slide.

  3. Task: Review a Pool (cont’d) From the dropdown box, only the Final Approver or Modeling Manager has the option to ‘Exclude from modeling’ employee roles. Note the Approval Summary at the top which includes the ‘Status’ of the pool. • From the dropdown box the Modeling Manager and/or the • Pool Manager can • ‘Remove for pool reassignment’ • (see ‘Role Reassignment How To’). Note the Pool Statistics. This pool has not yet been ‘modeled’. • Click on the Role for the employee, to view the History of actions taken on this role. Click on [ADMIN COORDINATOR]to advance to the next slide.

  4. Task: Review a Pool (cont’d) Note the Appt. Hours, the Years in Role and the Status of the employee. Note the ‘Modeling’ history. Note the ‘Pay and Ratings History’. Click on [Back] to complete this task.
