A typical quarter for the Executive Committee: • We meet on the Friday before the meeting for 8 hours to discuss the agenda on Saturday, as well as topics we need to prepare for. • Saturday Meeting, approximately 6-8 hours. • Shortly after the meetings, we review the minutes for both the Executive Committee, and the Board meetings. • Review roles and responsibilities for any action items. • As requested, we review anywhere from 2-6 items in a quarter, that take anywhere from 2-12 hours on average. • Attend meetings as requested by the president, and represent CLSA in that role. • Dozens of emails, and a few conference calls as needed. • Periodic meetings to review documents such as Strategic Plan, committee charges etc.
