Purpose of ECE Clearinghouse • Provide statewide access to district developed exams • Initially designed to assist districts with STAR plan • Now available to assist districts with MAP • DOE Project with School District of Hillsborough County
District and Consortia Access to ECE Clearinghouse • 67 districts and consortia have signed security agreement with School District of Hillsborough County • Web access is provided to a primary and backup contact. • The contacts are responsible for test security
Advisory Committee • July 10th Recommendations • Districts perform their own gap analysis • Districts collaborate to develop exams focused on the identified gaps • Districts submit exams they have created to the clearinghouse
Gap Analysis Process • How can districts participate? • Provide the list of courses needing exams in an Excel spreadsheet that includes course name and number
