Sport Future • Outcomes • Young People will have increased opportunities to access training and support • will develop core skills increasing their employability • will develop job specific skills, knowledge and experience that will support them into employment within the sport and recreation sector • will have increased self-esteem and will feel more confident to pursue employment opportunities • will have enhanced employability • will be more likely to enter employment

Sport Future • Outputs • engage 60 young people in Sports Employment Workshops and an introductory course in Sports Leadership • assist 40 young people to complete higher level sports qualifications • enable 40 young people to engage in volunteering and work experience with private and charity and social enterprise sector • support 10 young people to gain employment as a direct result of the project

Sport Future • LIVING SPORT will deliver the following training courses: • Day Sports Leadership Certificate • Level 2 Community Sports Leadership or Level 2 Multi-Skills • Emergency First Aid qualification • Dealing with Challenging Behaviour and Curriculum Support certificates • Safeguarding certificate • Sport Makers certificate • Community Games certificate • Sport Marketing and Business of Sport certificate
