Key Take Home Messages In every licensing action, you “tell us a story” (i.e., provide key information) so we can make a decision. • Licensing is a PARTNERSHIPcentered on common desire to ensure children have safe, appropriate, nurturing foster families. • Supervising Agencies recruit, train, and supervise foster families. • Licensing Authority makes the final decision about all licensing requests/actions.
