7.62x 51 SSP Subsonic PenetratorProvides superior accuracy, stealth and penetration capability McLean, VA USA
Typical Problems with Subsonic Ammo • Significantly limited effective range, often less than 200 yards • Limited penetration capability, due to reduced velocity and terminal energy • Weapon jamming/ failure to cycle, due to lower gas pressures • Reduced accuracy, due to reduced chance of a ‘clean burn’ and velocity variation • Increased weapon fouling • Increased chance of projectile obstructing, due to lower pressure DSG’s SSP -Subsonic Penetrator solves these issues
Solution Introducing the 7.62x51-SSP (Subsonic Penetrator)The SSP provides military and LE agencies new and innovative subsonic capabilities • Reliable Source: • Developed and tested in Norway • Manufactured in the USA (Idaho) • Maximum effective range: 600m • Highly effective materiel and armor penetration • Low angle penetration • Accuracy: 1.4MOA-Non Optimized • Normal weapon function and cycling • Exceptional cross-wind stability
Weapon Function Test Weapon: AR-10 with a suppressor Results: Normal weapon function and cycling using the SSP subsonic ammunition
Tested with the Dragon-1 Modular Suppressor • Technology / Product • Modular lightweight suppressor • Monolithic modules, machined from solid bar • Stainless Steel with inconel baffles • No moving parts, no welds, highly durable • Disassemble for inspection or cleaning • Q-Lock (Quick Release/Mounting – one hand) operation • Customizable and mission-specific • Compatible with 3rd party flash hiders Improved Barrels & Suppressors • The So What • No moving parts ensure fail-safe operation, even in tough conditions. No welds to break. • Single handed patented Quick Release/Mounting , , , saves time and reduces operational risk • Modular design enables mission-specific version, to suit specific requirements of size, weight and performance. • Better suppressor performance, extended life, ease of use, enhanced value for money through modular , design. • Current TRL level 9 • Projected price in quantity 1000-1200USD • Suppressor is available for T&E now • Weapon-specific variants subject to demand
