2011-12 Stage 1: Baseline for data capture and information sharing-meet 20 of 25 objectives; $4.5 billion 2013 Stage 2: Certification, involve patients, code sets, more objectives 2015 Stage 3: Will expand on Stage 2 with more objectives; penalties begin if not using EHRs Drivers, Challenges, & Milestones (cont.)
