Top 5 PoliciesPlease visit the Graduate Catalog for a complete list of policies TRANSFER CREDITS No more than a total of 9 external semester hours will transfer into your UCF graduate program. Internal transfer credits may not exceed 50% of the program requirements. UNSATISFACTORY GRADES Exceeding 6 semester hours of unsatisfactory grades (“C+” and below or unresolved “I” grades) is reason for dismissal. Intent to Graduate File an online Intent to Graduate form at the beginning of the final semester of course work. Students must be enrolled in the semester during which they intend to graduate. • . GPA REQUIREMENT The university requires that students maintain a graduate status GPA of at least 3.0 or higher in order to maintain regular graduate student status, receive financial assistance, and qualify for graduation. TRAVELING SCHOLAR Written permission is required from your faculty advisor to take courses at other institutions while enrolled in your graduate program. An official transcript must be submitted to the College of Graduate Studies for transfer credit. Only courses with a grade of “B-“ or higher may be transferred into a program of study.
