Advice for all Graduate Students • Check your R’Mail…OFTEN - UCR email address is official campus correspondence, check it or forward to your personal address • Take an Active Role in Your Own Registration Registration = Enrollment and Payment • Be Aware of Holds and Follow Up with the Appropriate Department • Pay Attention to Campus Deadlines • Know Your Program – Review General Catalog, Department Website and Department Handbook/Protocols

All new students will be enrolled after Week 3 of the quarter. • Library – workshops, scholarly resources, and electronic journals. • Registrar’s Office - schedule of classes including important dates, general catalog, residency information and fee payment deadlines. • GROWL – review holds, grades, charges, enroll, change address, direct deposit, order transcripts, etc…. • Student Business Services – billing issues • Office of the Ombuds – confidential conflict resolution
