  3. Business Problem • Difficult to track pool maintenance throughout years. • Problematic to update employee time sheets and certificates. • Susceptible to damage or loss.

  4. Business Value • Minimizing human error regarding paperwork. • Make sharing information and file transfers with the corporate office easier and quicker. • Records concerning pool quality, chemical readings, supply orders, employee information and certificates

  5. Conclusion • Cost-effective • Time-efficient • User friendly ( ranging from lifeguards to managers) • Improve quality of pool
