  4. What is FirstToSee ? • Designed and architected as a regional system • A Smartphone App to report incident information to a responder • Trusted users • The public • A System to filter social media for incident information • Presents data in a map • Presents data in a tabular view

  5. The FirstToSee App • Smartphone App • Submit a report of what you see: • Category • Description • Photos • Location (x,y) • Email confirmation that the report was received • Agency (person) is emailed that a report has been submitted (by geography)
