Program Termination • Three –Tier Process 1. Watch 2. Probation 3. Termination Programs that continue to perform below acceptable levels may be recommended for termination by the CTE Advisory Board to the SSD School Board

Improvement Plans Any program on the “Watch List” is required to write an improvement plan tailored to meet the needs of the identified problem areas. The plans will be written with input from teachers, administrators and advisory team members. All plans will be submitted to building administrators for approval.
Programs that are not on the “Watch List” but have a program status indicator below acceptable levels will be required to have an improvement plan. PlacementEnrollmentAdvisoryCertification < 60% <50% <100% <62%
Improvement plans submitted from programs on the “Watch List” will be reviewed by the CTE Advisory Board. NOTE: Any program not on the “Watch List” but failing to meet a program status indicator for three consecutive years will also be reviewed by the CTE Advisory Board.
