9. NMTEACH • 1. Uses objective criteria to evaluate teachers, e.g. student achievement data, multiple measures and classroom observations. • 2. Assists school leaders with professional development plans, and also professional growth plans for new teachers, as well as teachers experiencing challenges. • 3. Most importantly, it ensures that students have equitable access to effective educators and principals on a daily basis.
