Introduction The aim of this presentation is to introduce the different enhancements realized on the system : PSS Sourcing The enhancements are categorized in main 6 parts: - Option… improve the actions in the system - Control… get the correct information at the right moment - Ergonomic… make the system more user friendly - Major Project… create the Carrefour working process in the system - Bug… fix the dysfunction of the system - Enhancement on progress … Give you visibility on coming soon projects

  4. 1. New option Who is concerned ? Barcode tab 1.1 – Download XLS matrix for logistic barcode upload in packing tab. For items with many sizes and many colors, input barcode for each one was extremely slow, lengthy and time-consuming. In order to facilitate this input and also to avoid this notoriously source of error, we provide you a new “download and upload” functionality. So, if you need to update a long list of logistics barcode, thanks to read carefully the following instructions. NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW - NEW 1- First of all, go to EAN Master/Inner barcode tab and Initialise your barcode set 2- Then, click on button « Dowload barcode matrix » Direct suppliers

Barcode tab 1.2 – Download XLS matrix for Logistics Barcode upload in logistics barcode tab. 3- The following window will allow you to generate an excel matrix to be completed. Then, click on open to complete the file. NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW - NEW Direct suppliers

Barcode tab 1.3 – Download XLS matrix for Logistics Barcode upload in logistics barcode tab. 5 –Do not modify column « color », « color description » or « size » column. Use the barcode column to introduce your data. There is no protection on this field. You can use Vlookup excel function using color and size data to match, reminding not to change any information input in the blue columns. NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW - NEW 6 – MANDATORY STEP : save your excel file on your own directory and save it under .csv format. All suppliers

Barcode tab 1.4 – Download XLS matrix for Logistics Barcode upload in barcode tab. 7 – Go back to your offer in PSS Sourcing and click on « Upload logistics barcod matrix ». 3 Steps : 1 = Browse, 2 = Attach, 3 = Upload NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW - NEW 1 2 3 All suppliers

  8. 1. New option Who is concerned ? Barcode tab 1.5 – Download XLS matrix for Logistics Barcode upload in barcode tab. 8 – The job is done ! … Save your screen and go to logistics barcode. NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW – NEW - NEW 9 – PSS Sourcing verify your logistics barcod key. This one will be checked after saving action in this screen. In case of wrong key, the following message will appears : • REMINDER : • - INITIALIZE YOUR LOGISTICS BARCODE SET BEFORE DOWNLOADING MATRIX • - DOT NOT CHANGE ANY INFORMATION IN BLUE COLUMNS ON THE EXCEL FILE DOWNLOADED • - SAVE YOUR FILE ON YOUR OWN DIRECTORY UNDER « .CVS » FORMAT. ANOTHER FORMAT IS NOT ALLOWED All suppliers
