  7. Types of laws Case Law: Laws established by judicial decision in cases Statutory Law: Laws established by various government agencies.
  8. Statutory Law Statutory laws are laws that are passed by government agencies at federal, state, and local levels. These laws are called either codes or statutes.
  9. Peer Reviewed Laws? Laws are not peer reviewed.
