Doctor Michael Conner, Ed.D founded Agile Evolutionary Group in the New Haven area in 2022. He has spent nearly two decades in education, first as a teacher and curriculum specialist and later in educational leadership roles. He resides in Connecticut. Dr. Conner studied at the University of Connecticut where he participated in the Executive Leadership Program. He received his Doctor of Educational Leadership from Cambridge College.

As an author and podcaster, he shares his experiences and wisdom with other educators. He is a graduate of Lasell University and holds his B.A. in elementary education.
