  4. 1000 Cordova Street • Built in 1961 • 4-level Mid-Century Modern Style Condominium Building • Nomination submitted by Nancy Holt with unanimous support of the Whispering Waters Association Board and written support of 70% (21 of 30) of condominium owners (Code does not require property owner support for individual landmark designations) • Property Size: 25,994 square feet • Building Size: 37,384 square feet • On August 21, 2018, the Historic Preservation Commission reviewed the landmark nomination of the building at 1000 Cordova Street and forwarded a recommendation of approval to City Council.
