Use Excel for Data Analysis • At the FLDOE website (Select one grade), download School Scores for All Curriculum Groups • Save the file on the desktop and open the file • Apply Filter to column header • Filter out District number 13 • Delete all rows below the state row • Clear filter from “District Number” • Apply Freeze panes to appropriate cell • Copy reporting categories name to new empty cell • Apply filter to column header including the new ones • Calculate Average % Correct for each reporting category • Sample formula: =N11/N$10*100 • Apply formula to all cells
