Michael Toubbeh is a compassionate surgeon who feels for his patients and strives to give them the best treatment.

Michael Toubbeh serves at Washington Permanente Medical group (formerly Group health Permanente). It is one of the largest multi-specialty groups in Northwest with 1300 providers and 550 specialists on board representing 26 specialties.

Michael started off as a local chief, otolaryngology- head and neck surgery in 2001 and continued serving at the position till 200.

Following this, he served as an assistant medical director of surgical services, medical director of care internalization, medical director, ancillary services.

He is currently serving as the Senior Medical Director, Care Internalization, and operation (2017- present)

In 2006, he earned certificate degree in medical management from the University of Washington, Seattle and in 2016, he completed Harvard business school executive leadership program from Boston.

Michael Toubbeh has experience in surgical (orthopedic, general, neurosurgery, otolaryngology, urology, vascular and bariatric surgery) and ancillary services (radiology, laboratory, eye care, audiology, occupational health, rehabilitation services, patients accounts, business office and facilities operations).
