Hearing Continuance • On March 4, 2008, the Board of County Commissioners unanimously passed a motion to continue the matter until April 8, 2008. • On April 8, 2008, the Board of County Commissioners passed a motion to continue the matter until May 13, 2008, in order for the applicant and the objector to come to a resolution.

  11. Staff Report Conditions - Revised • The following conditions from the staff report dated May 5, 2008 have been revised: • Construction activities shall be completed in accordance with the “Site Plan” submitted by Terra-Max Engineering, Inc., dated as received January 10, 2008, and May 13, 2008 by the Environmental Protection Division (EPD). • The planting must be implemented in accordance with the “Planting Plan” submitted by Terra-Max Engineering, Inc., dated as approved on May 13, 2008, by the EPD and must include wetland plants on 2-foot centers.

  12. Action Requested ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of the After-the-Fact Shoreline Alteration/Dredge and Fill permit, subject to the conditions listed in the staff report, with modifications as presented to Conditions #1 and #2.
