L’Esame ………. • Due prove, 1 scritta e 1 orale • La prova oraleconsiste in: • Colloquio in coppia su argomenti di carattere generale (PARTE 1); • Presentazione di un articolo di argomento specifico (economico, finanziario, socio-politico); Discussione sul testo. Il candidato dovrà rispondere a domande di carattere lessicale, sintattico, morfologico, semantico. 2 copie pulite foglio A4 (PARTE 2)
L’Esame ………. PART 1 ASKING AND ANSWERING (IN PAIRS). DURATION: 5 MINUTES In pairs you will ask and answer questions about your personal life, your hobbies, interests, wishes and hopes for your future life. PART 2 DISCUSSING A TOPIC OF YOUR CHOICE. DURATION: 10 MINUTES Students will introduce a topic of their choice, and present a newspaper or magazine article. The article should not be longer than a photocopied A4 page. A part of an article is also acceptable. The article should discuss a relevant economic, financial or political issue. They will be then asked specific questions about the text. Students will bring two copies of the article. One, to be given to the examining board, must be perfectly clean.
L’Esame Percorso alternativo………. • Per i frequentanti: 1 prova di ascolto e comprensione da svolgersi in laboratoriola settimana del 12 maggio 2008 (durante i rispettivi turni di esercitazione nella settimana di sospensione didattica); • Per i frequentanti: 1 prova di grammatica & use of English da svolgersi in aulail 14 Maggio 2008 (durante la settimana di sospensione didattica); • Un voto di almeno 20/30 consentirà di non sostenere la prova di laboratorio e la prova di use of English a Luglio Alle prove interna potranno accedere solo gli studenti che avranno frequentato almeno il 70% delle lezioni di laboratorio e d’ aula con il dott. Gregory Jones.

Auto-apprendimento (Self Access) Le ore di auto-apprendimento possono essere prenotate (2 ore per volta, non più di 4 a settimana). Prenotazioni su apposito registro presso bidelleria II ingresso. Nome cognome e matricola necessari. Si raccomanda il rispetto della prenotazione che verrà cancellata ai 15 minuti successivi l’ora stabilita. La prenotazione verrà controllata dietro richiesta di documenti.

The good guess is 400 m. • Foreign language, 120 countries: 600-1.000 million learning English (China & Olympic Games???)
