Analogous • All of the colors used in this scheme consist of adjacent colors. • Examples: Red Yellow Blue
Complementary • Complementary color schemes consist of complementary colors, or colors that are across from each other on the color wheel. • Examples Red/Green Yellow/Violet Blue/Orange
Triadic • This color scheme consists of colors that are placed 120 degrees from each other on the color wheel. • Examples: Yellow-Green/Red-Orange/Blue-Violet Red/Yellow/Blue Orange/Green/Violet
