  5. COMMITTEES The Local Organizing Committee will be appointed by Spanish Association for Ambulatory Surgery (ASECMA) and Portuguese Association (APCA). The Local Organising Committee will be chaired by Dr. Miquel Prat Maeso, ASECMA president.
