Company Overview CSL is a pure play mobile operator, and has been operating in HK since 1983. CSLNWM majority owned by the Australian incumbent Telstra with 76.4% stake, whilst New World Holdings Ltd owns the remaining 23.6% . Launched in 1983, 1O1O is the premium brand of CSL renown for its highly reliable mobile network and premium quality customer service . One2Free was first launched in 1996 by CSL as a lifestyle brand focusing on various consumer segments as well as SME customers . New World Mobility became one of the mobile brands of CSL in April 2006 as a result of merger. New World Mobility offers 2G mobile service targeting general mass segment via a Joint Venture company
