  1. Guide to Keto's Diet The keto diet for weight loss is a great eating plan. It is much like the Atkins diet. It is high in fats and proteins, but much lower in carbohydrates than a traditional diet. The goal of the keto diet is to be in ketosis. It can get people into ketosis very quickly. The biggest problem with the diet is that it does leave you quite hungry. On the other hand, if you are someone who eats very little anyway, the diet could be a huge help to you. Many people who are overweight, especially if they are diabetic, can have great success on the keto diet. Before we can start talking about the specifics of the keto diet, we should explain what it means to be in ketosis. Ketosis is a state of low carbohydrate, high fat, and medium protein metabolism that your body goes through after it has run out of glucose. The body uses ketones, an alternative to glucose, as an energy source during this time. Many people who are overweight have di?culty staying in ketosis for very long, so we tend to make sure that they are not going through ketosis. To stay in ketosis for the rest of their lives, people have to change their lifestyle a bit, in the form of reducing their carbohydrate intake and increasing their fat intake. In a perfect world, you would be able to be in ketosis, with no need for this. This is what the keto diet is based on. The main goal of the keto diet is to keep you in ketosis with organic food online. Keto dieters try to eat as much fat and protein as possible, and as little as possible

The only type of carbohydrate that they eat at all are low-carb fruits like apples, blueberries, and berries. It sounds like the keto diet is pretty good, but there are some big problems with it. The first problem is that people tend to have a lot of low blood sugar, or ketoacidosis, because of all the fat in the diet. A blood sugar level that is too low, especially if you are diabetic, can cause brain damage, organ damage, and even death. Another problem is that the keto diet is di?cult to maintain. If you start with a very low-carb diet, you may stay on this diet for life, as it is di?cult to get a lot of carbs into your diet, even if you are not eating that much fat. However, you will most likely have this problem at the beginning. When you go to a normal diet, if you eat lots of carbs, then your body will adjust and you will no longer need to be on the keto diet. If you go too far, then you can also become very sick. Some people start on a keto diet and then switch to a very low-fat, low-carb diet when they are no longer in ketosis. This is called a fast or carb flu, as it can be very di?cult to get your body back into ketosis if you do this.
