Cumberland History… • Founded in 2006,Privately Held Company • Opened New Facility in Auburn, AL 2006 • Established ToolCare in Auburn, AL 2007 • Earned ISO TS 16949 Certification Sept. 08 • Expansion of Cumberland’s Auburn AL facility was completed in June 2013, expanding building from 20,000 SQFT to 60,000 SQFT

Cumberland Plastics Update • Current production for AL facility is 3 shifts, 5 days with & Saturday Sunday’s being available for additional capacity • 6 new presses added in 2011 & 2012 (120 ton, 180 ton, 300 ton (x2), 500 ton (x2) giving AL 14 molding machines from 120 tons to 950 tons. • New 1,000 ton press will be delivered in July 2013 • Cumberland will be purchasing two additional 500 ton presses in 2013 totaling 17 by Q4 2013. • With added expansion will have capacity for 6-8 additional injection molding machines depending on press size in addition to 3 machines already planned for 2013 • ISO TS16949 Quality Certification achieved in October of 2008 at and have maintained certification each year • Full CMM capability for PPAP and production as well as data for SPC • Current headcount stand at 95
