Our payment will not exceed £15,000. 2) CLAIMS EXCESS The policy excludes the first £1,000 of each and every claim for Subsidence, Landslip and Heave and the first £100 of all other claims. £150 Excess for escape of water. 3) COMMON AREAS CLAUSE In the event of a valid claim arising under perils 1 to 11 and the Accidental Damage Extension, the policy extends to include the leaseholders proportional responsibility for common areas including foundations and roofs.
