STRATEGY 2: DIVERSIFYING KNOWLEDGE Targeted Knowledge and Skill Development • Regular knowledge transfer meetings • Conducted a knowledge assessment • Identified system functions for training • Identified appropriate staff • Identified training method (in-house/external)
